1. What is the Wola Park Gift Card? It is a prepaid payment card that can be used in over 200 stores, restaurants and service points at Wola Park. It works like a regular Visa card, simply pay and you are done.
2. Where can I buy the card?
You can purchase the card at the Wola Park Information Point. Please note that payment is card only. You can also order it online at Wola Park Giftify and collect it on site.
3. What amount can I load onto the card? You choose the amount yourself, from 20 PLN to 1000 PLN. This makes it easy to match the gift to any occasion and budget.
4. When can I collect a gift card purchased online?
Cards purchased online can be collected the next business day. For larger orders, processing time may be slightly longer. In such cases, please contact the Information Point at +48 22 533 40 00 during opening hours to confirm the pickup date.
The card is active from the day of purchase, so we recommend collecting it as soon as possible. The card must be collected within 3 months of purchase. Uncollected cards will expire.
5. Where can I pay with the Gift Card?
You can use the card in most stores and service points where Visa payments are accepted.
6. Are there places where the card cannot be used?
Yes, the card is not accepted in selected locations listed in the “How it works” section on the Wola Park website.
7. How can I check the card balance?
You have several options
- scan the QR code on the back of the card
- check online at wolapark.giftify.me
- ask at the Information Point
8. How long is the card valid?
The card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.9. Can I extend the validity of the card?
No, the validity cannot be extended, so it is best to use the funds within the given time.
10. Can I use the card multiple times?
Yes, you can use it multiple times until the balance is fully used.
11. Can I split payment between the gift card and another method?
This depends on the store. Please confirm this option directly before completing the purchase.
12. Can I reload the card?
No, the card cannot be reloaded.
13. What happens to unused funds?
Unused funds expire after the card’s validity period.
14. Can I withdraw cash from the card?
No, funds cannot be exchanged for cash.
15. Can I return a product purchased with the gift card?
Returns follow the store’s individual policy, just like purchases made with cash or a payment card.
16. Can I return the gift card?
No, the gift card is non refundable.
17. Can I add the card to my phone?
Yes, you can add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and pay with your smartphone using the Giftify app.
18. Can I get an invoice for the purchase?
Yes, you can generate an invoice online at invoice.giftify.me using your receipt details. It will be sent to your email.
19. What should I do if the card is lost or stolen?
